I was one of those guys who used to struggle with a pathetically low P.V.A. – Patient Visit Average. I was stressed out every night worrying about my practice and overhead. So after about twenty years of trying out (literally) every “system” out there, I finally stumbled upon my own PVA Ninja System. Once all the pieces fell into place, my P.V.A. skyrocketed. In fact… I only spend 10 minute with a new patient on their first appointment — yes, ten minutes total believe it or not — and I average 86 visits per patient.
